Info about us and the company.

Kelly Morgan — owner and manager of Budget Sales Inc. — broke in to the world of cabinets, vanities and countertops at the ripe old age of 16 in the late 1980s. He started with the hefty ambition of needing a job. Luckily for the Upper Cumberland, where he was born and raised, it's all he knows and the store reflects his personal values: to provide a good quality product people can use that will also save customers money while making them happy.

Budget Sales services both individuals and contractors. No job is too small, everything from large custom orders to cash-and-carry (no credit). The largest order was for a Cookeville motel, with over 70 vanities. Apartment building remodels and complex custom orders have also been done. Most business, however, is on a much smaller scale with individual homeowners and small contractors. Regardless of the size of the project, Budget Sales focuses on good service and a good quality product.

At Budget Sales, customer satisfaction is important. If there is a problem with an order, we will do our best to fix it. If a custom order arrives from the factory broken or with some other defect, we will take care of it before the customer even sees it, even if that means sending it back and reordering the product. However, if an item is custom ordered and the customer changes their mind, it cannot be returned unless there is a defect. In-stock items can be exchanged as long as the item isn't damaged or altered. All of the return/exchange policies are standard ones and pretty common sense. While we do our utmost to make the customer happy, we cannot accept altered goods or custom order returns.

A family-owned business with strong local ties, Budget Sales has been good to Kelly Morgan. So good that now he owns it. Having the business in the community means his whole livelihood. Making customers happy and providing them with a quality product at a good price with no fuss is what he — and Budget Sales — are about.
